We love seeing how and what you're making, especially when the makes look awesome! In this post, we're featuring Nikki and her work with a spinning wheel and Turkish spindle. I love--first and foremost--the blue and gold combo Nikki used on her kit wood, especially the two-tone effect with the paint. And the gold stenciling! Truly nature's first green is gold, as Frost would say. The yarns look so beautiful and chunky! I think I'll name these yarns as part of the Caribbean Dream series, including Seaweed Song, Deep Blue See, and Coastal Combo. Note with the Turkish spindle pictured below, Nikki swapped out the kit hook for one of her own preference. Well done! We love seeing modifications and updates that make fiber tools yours and suited to your spinning style. I shall, humbly, name this yarn Scrumdiddlyumptious. Thank you so much for submitting your pictures, Nikki. We loved seeing your makes!
