You're also welcome to print your own products for personal use.

How much is the wholesale discount?
The discount is 40% off orders of $1000. So, a normal order of $1000 will end up costing $600 dollars, plus shipping. 
What can I add to my wholesale order? 
Anything in the store. That can include any combination of wool combs or hackles, charkhas, spinning wheels, conversion kits, or flax hackles. It's entirely up to you.  
How soon can I expect my order? 
Once you place a bulk order, allow 2-3 weeks to print and another week to ship. 1 spinning wheel kit, for example, takes about 40 hours of print and prep time. Fortunately, we run our print farm efficiently, and can get the parts you need printed, prepped, and out to you in about a month.
What would you recommend in a basic kit?
It depends on your needs. However, here's a breakdown of recommended items that would qualify for the discount. 
  • Spinners Circle = 5 Irish tension spinning wheels
  • Comb and Charkha Combo = 14 Wool Combs (with nails), 14 Hackles (with nails), 14 Charkhas
  • Flax Factory = 4 Irish tension spinning wheels, 4 flax hackles (with nails)
Can I combine shipping on my orders?
We do combine shipping when/if we can. However, since most packages ship based on weight, the shipping cost provided by Etsy is generally pretty accurate. 
Can I return my items?
Because of the investment involved, we do not accept returns on bulk orders. All sales are final. 
I'd like to place a wholesale order. What do I do?
